Transitioning Rula Provider Portal Login Authentication

Rula is updating how providers log in to the provider portal! This change is based on provider feedback and is intended to make login faster and easier.

  • Current method: Authenticator app (2FA)
  • New method: SMS verification codes

During the transition period, some providers will log in via 2FA, while others will use SMS. To support both login methods, this article will help you navigate the help center resources to get to the information you need faster.
