Once your provider portal account is set up, use these steps to log in.
Step 1: Go to the login page
Open www.rula.com.
Click Login in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown, select Provider.
Alternatively, you can go to: https://provider.pathapplication.com/signin
Step 2: Enter your credentials
Enter the same personal email you used during onboarding.
Click Sign-in.
Enter your password.
Click Continue.
Step 3: Verify with 2FA

Open your Authenticator app on your phone.
Look for the entry labeled Rula Portal.

Enter the current 6-digit code.
Codes refresh every 30 seconds — if the timer is almost out, wait for the next code.
Click Sign in.
You’ll arrive at your Rula provider portal dashboard.

Is there a Rula provider portal app on Apple iOS or Google Android that I can download?
No, Rula does not currently have a mobile app. The Rula provider portal can only be accessed through a web browser (such as Safari, Chrome, or Edge) on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
