Follow-up appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by patients or therapists via their respective Rula portals, or by contacting Support directly.

Note: Most patients are charged for missed or late-cancelled appointments. However, patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and limited Kaiser Permanente insurance plans are not charged. In these cases, the patient will not be billed, but you will still receive payment for the session.
