Measurement-Informed Care (MIC) enables providers to evaluate client progress and enhance treatment outcomes using standardized measures. This guide outlines two methods for completing MIC assessments during client sessions.

Guided Steps
Method 1: Completing Assessments from the Client Chart

Access the Client’s Chart:
- Navigate to the client’s chart in the provider portal.
- Locate the Next Appointment section on the right-hand side.

Check Assessment Status:
- If the client has not completed their measurements, you will see a message: “Client has not completed their measurements.”
- The Remind button will be displayed until the session start time.

Complete the Assessment:
- Once the session begins, the Remind button will change to Complete.
- Click Complete to administer the assessment with the client during the session.
Method 2: Completing Assessments from a Progress Note

Open the Progress Note:
- Start a new progress note from the session list.

Locate the Measurement Survey message in the header:
- If your client has not completed their measurement survey, you will see a message at the top of your screen with the option to "Complete Measures in session"

Locate Appointment Info:
- On the right-hand side of the note, under Appointment Info, you will see a link to the client’s measurements.

Administer the Assessment:
- Click the link to access and administer the assessment with the client.
