Documentation Support Hour

Sharpen your clinical documentation skills! This monthly group tackles common challenges like meeting medical necessity, avoiding audit flags, and writing efficient, high-quality notes. Join us on the first three Mondays of the month for focused discussions and support.

Need help with a risky case? Join our targeted drop-in session. Share de-identified cases involving risk management or crisis situations and get support from your Rula colleagues.

Supporting Patient Safety Sessions

What actions are required during a client crisis? What do my licensure regulations say? What are Rula's expectations? Though providers are required to have 24/7 crisis plans, many struggle to implement them in their practice. This support group complements the High-Risk Consultation Group, with an emphasis on information, resources, and clarifying therapists' scope in client crisis management.

Our Clinical Quality Specialists provide support from fellow licensed therapists through individual consultations on any clinical issues that arise during sessions. Clinical consultations are part of Rula's investment in provider growth and development. They also allow us to learn from your experiences, fostering continuous improvement for the network. Demystifying the Clinical Care Review (CCR) Process

Looking for guidance on the CCR process? This session covers the purpose and importance of CCRs at Rula (CA therapists credentialed with Kaiser only*), how the CCR process supports therapists in delivering ongoing care, the role of Clinical Care Reviewers in determining medical necessity, insights into the CCR process, and answers to common questions.
