Rula’s Learning & Development Philosophy
Rula's Clinical Learning & Development philosophy is built on the focus of empowering therapists with education and resources to make mental healthcare work for everyone and helping patients feel better, faster. This is executed through four core tenets: fostering Excellence in Clinical & Ethical Practice through evidence-based, high-quality training; promoting Wellness & Sustainability to mitigate burnout and support provider satisfaction; encouraging Empowerment by fostering provider confidence and offering tailored learning opportunities; and driving Innovation by developing future-focused content on cutting-edge, emerging topics.
Program Eligibility
You’ll be eligible to earn CEs through Rula’s continuing education program once
- You’ve been an active Rula provider for a minimum of 30 days, and
- You’ve completed an appointment with at least one client
- By registering with one of our CE partners, you agree that those partners will share aggregated course completion data with Rula.
- Access to Rula’s CE program will be removed if you are no longer an active Rula provider.
