Rula is officially operating in-person therapy offices powered by Regus! Regus has a national office footprint and assists in operating the spaces, while Rula designs, furnishes, and brands the office spaces to meet our clinical, privacy, and experience standards.
Offices are rolling out in select states and areas based on patient demand for in-person care. Our first two locations are located in Southern California. We want to make it easier for providers to offer in-person care to those without access to private spaces and to reduce the logistical and financial burden of securing their own space.
These offices are:
- Exclusively for Rula therapists and patients
- Fully furnished and therapy-ready
- Managed end-to-end by Rula
- Located in secure buildings with 24/7 access and free parking (where available)

Please note there is no free parking at Regus Woodland Hills
Our Woodland Hills location does not have free, on-site parking. However, Rula will reimburse providers for parking costs in specific parking lots. Further details, including eligible locations and reimbursement requirements, will be communicated to enrolled providers.
For patients, there is low-cost parking available in the nearby Topanga Village parking lot
FAQ
Who is eligible to use this space?
Any provider who has not yet opted into in-person care and who does not have their own office space is eligible to use Rula-operated office spaces.
How do I sign up?
Providers may work directly with Rula Support to schedule in-person availability.
Is there a minimum commitment of hours required to sign up for these spaces?
Yes. Providers are asked to commit to a minimum of 3 hours per week.
