Library of On-Demand Measures

Providers can access in-session measures to help assess symptoms and guide care during appointments. These tools are designed to support clinical decision-making and patient care.

Where to Access

When you are documenting in a patient note through the provider portal:

  • Navigate to the right-hand panel under “Assessments.”
  • Click on the link called “Additional measures.”
  • Clicking this link will open a survey where you can select and administer the measure.

How It Works

  • Administer in-session: Read each question aloud to your patient during the session and record their responses directly in the Survey.
  • Submit responses: Once you submit, the Survey will display the patient’s total score along with a guide to interpret severity levels.
  • Results in the chart: A Rula Team Member will upload the results into the patient’s chart after submission. You can view the results in the 'Notes and Documents' tab of the provider portal.
     

Important: At this time, providers should not send measures to patients before the session. Because results are manually uploaded, they may not be available in time if completed right before an appointment.
