This guide is intended to assist therapists in completing requirements to be able to see patients covered by Medicaid in the state of Virginia. Please follow the steps below:
- Complete Rula's Fraud, Waste & Abuse course.
- For therapy providers: Complete the training within the provider portal. Here’s how.
- For psychiatric providers: Access this course through Workramp. Here’s how.
- Enroll in Virginia’s state Medicaid program through the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services Online Provider Enrollment System
3. Once you’ve submitted your application, share your Virginia Medicaid Application Tracking Number (ATN) and application password with Rula (form to submit here)
