In-person office space

Rula is excited to partner with select office space companies to offer exclusive discounts for providers interested in seeing clients in person. While this program is currently available only in California and Virginia, we aim to expand it to additional states in the future.

Through our partnerships with Olida and Wellness Spaces, Rula providers can access discounted rates and special offers on office rentals. These companies operate therapy-focused coworking spaces, where you can book private rooms for in-person sessions as needed. Please note that these are not full-time private offices, but flexible spaces designed specifically for therapy sessions.

Please note that providers must create an account with the office spaces to book a room for in-person sessions.

What are the exclusive discounts?

As a Rula provider, you have access to exclusive discounts at a variety of office locations across California and Virginia.  Details by office space company are below:

Olida

Rula currently offers providers a twenty percent (20%) discount off the list rate for all hourly room bookings at all current and future Olida California locations.

Wellness Spaces

Rula providers receive a waived one-time setup fee (typically $50) and two free hours (a $50 value) at all Wellness Spaces locations. Providers pay standard rates for the Half-Day and Full-Day Plans, as well as additional hourly room booking fees, which vary by location. At the Los Feliz location, the first month of the Community Plan is free (typically $75/month) with a minimum two-month commitment.
