This article provides step-by-step guidance for setting up your provider portal account to complete your onboarding with Rula. Once you create your portal account, you'll complete Rula 101 (Rula's provider onboarding program). After setting up two-factor authentication (2FA), you'll gain full access to the provider portal where you can manage your practice.
Guided Steps
- You can begin the setup directly from Fountain, or if you have left the page, click this link
- Enter in your email
- You will receive an email containing a temporary password.
- From the email, copy the temporary password
- Click Sign in now
- Paste your temporary password in the field, and create a new password.
- Click Create password
- Enter in you NPI
- Click Verify
- You'll arrive at the Setup screen in the provider portal
- Click Get started to complete the Rula 101 onboarding courses
- If at anytime you leave Rula 101, you can pick up where you left off by clicking Continue on the Setup screen.
- If at anytime you leave Rula 101, you can pick up where you left off by clicking Continue on the Setup screen.
- Once complete, you'll be brought back to the Setup screen
- Click Setup extra security to setup up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to finish the portal setup so that you can start managing your practice
