Transitioning away from AdvancedMD

Rula is transitioning away from AdvancedMD (AMD) to a new HIPAA-compliant EHR system known as the Provider Portal. The provider portal is a more reliable, user-friendly system designed with your needs in mind so you can effortlessly complete your daily tasks. Why are we phasing out AMD?

The provider portal is a much more reliable, user-friendly system than AMD. It was designed with providers' needs in mind, and has everything you need to run your practice seamlessly from one place.

What can I do in the Provider Portal?

You can use the Portal to manage your schedule, join telehealth sessions, message clients securely, see your client roster, view client carts, complete clinical documentation (notes), and more. It’s a more reliable, user-friendly platform for you to complete your daily tasks.

Key changes

  • We’ve transitioned from AMD to the provider portal
  • You can now complete all your necessary day-to-day tasks easily from the provider portal
  • You no longer need to use AdvancedMD to complete your tasks
  • The provider portal only functions on a laptop or computer, and will not be accessible on your phone or tablet.
  • You will need to setup and use account authentication to access the Provider Portal.

Setting up account authentication adds an extra layer of security to protect your account and client data in the provider portal.
