Treatment plans can be updated from within a session note in the Rula provider portal. This information must be updated before the note is signed, as notes cannot be edited once they have been submitted.
Treatment plan imports from AMD
While we transition to completing clinical documentation in the Rula provider portal, treatment plans will be imported from the client charts in AMD.
A notification will appear the first time you create a session note for a client in the portal asking you to review the treatment plan that was imported and save it.
- You will not be able to sign the note until you have saved the treatment plan. This will only prevent you from signing the note the first time.
You only have to do this once per client, and once this is done, the treatment plan will carry over to every future note in the portal.
While an update/change history is not currently offered in the portal, you can look at previous treatment plans by looking at past session notes.
