Adding an addendum to a signed note in the Rula provider portal

While you can't edit a signed note, you can always add an addendum to supplement the note.

Guided Steps

To add an addendum to a signed note:

  1. Log into the provider portal
  2. Click on the Clients tab, located on the menu on the left side of the page
  3. Select the client you want to create the addendum for
  4. To view the note, find the appointment card in the client chart and click View progress note.

    Note:
    This wording will reflect the template or appointment type (SOAP note or Initial Assessment).
  5. The note will open within the client chart
  6. On the bottom right of the page, click Add addendum
  7. Document the details regarding the addendum.
  8. Once complete, click Sign note.
  9. Confirm your electronic signature, then click Sign and submit note
