You can view notes once they have been signed through the Clients tab of the Rula provider portal.

Guided Steps
To view a signed note:
- Log into the provider portal
- Click on the Clients tab, located on the menu on the left side of the page
- Select the client you want to view the note for.
- To view the note, find the appointment card in the client chart and click View progress note.
Note: This wording will reflect the template or appointment type (SOAP note or Initial Assessment). - The note will open within the client chart
