Accessing AdvancedMD through alternative browsers

Recently, Google Chrome released a new update that is causing technical issues with AdvancedMD. The AdvancedMD team is actively working on resolving this issue. A new Google Chrome update is available that seems to resolve the AMD issues with provider access, note signing, etc.

If updating Chrome does not work and you are still experiencing access or loading problems, please try to access AMD through a different browser.

We recommend using Microsoft Edge (PC) or Safari (Mac) browsers. To use AdvancedMD in either browser, please follow the steps below to enable pop-up notifications.

Update to the latest version of Chrome

1. Open Chrome
2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
3. Select Help > About Google Chrome
   
   
   
   
4. If an update is available, click Check for updates
   
5. When the update is finished, click Relaunch. You should then be able to access AMD.
   

Steps to enable pop-up notifications in Edge and Safari browsers

PC Users (Microsoft Edge)

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser on your PC
2. Go to Settings and then Cookies and Site Permissions
   
3. Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Add button in the Allow section
   
   
   
   
5. Add the following three websites to the Allow list. This will allow AMD to open in a new window.
   https://login.advancedmd.com
   wc-wfe-141.advancedmd.com
   pm-wfe-141.advancedmd.com
   

Safari (Mac Users)

1. Open the Safari browser on your Mac
2. Go to Settings > Websites > Pop-up Windows
   
   
   
   
3. With the settings window open, visit https://login.advancedmd.com. The URL will appear in the Pop-up Windows settings
4. Choose Allow from the drop down menu options. This will allow AMD to open in a new window
   
   
   
   
5. Repeat step 4 for the following URLs
   wc-wfe-141.advancedmd.com
   pm-wfe-141.advancedmd.com
