Resetting your Rula provider portal password

Forgot your password and need to reset it? This article provides step-by-step guidance for how to self-serve a password reset for the Rula provider portal.

Guided Steps

  1. Go to the sign in page for the Rula provider portal
  2. Click on Forgot password? located above the login button
  3. Enter in the email you use to log into the portal
    • Please do not edit this email address at all while you’re going through the reset process
  4. Click Send reset code, you'll receive an email with the code
  5. Get the code from your email and enter it in the Password reset code box
    • If you do not see the email in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder
  6. Enter in a new password, and verify the new password
    • Minimum requirements for your new password will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
  7. Click Update password
  8. You will now be able to log into the portal with your new password

Note: Multi-factor authentication (2FA) does not need to be reset with a portal password reset unless it’s been forgotten too.
