Forgot your password and need to reset it? This article provides step-by-step guidance for how to self-serve a password reset for the Rula provider portal.
Guided Steps
- Go to the sign in page for the Rula provider portal
- Click on Forgot password? located above the login button
- Enter in the email you use to log into the portal
- Please do not edit this email address at all while you’re going through the reset process
- Click Send reset code, you'll receive an email with the code
- Get the code from your email and enter it in the Password reset code box
- If you do not see the email in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder
- Enter in a new password, and verify the new password
- Minimum requirements for your new password will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- Click Update password
- You will now be able to log into the portal with your new password
Note: Multi-factor authentication (2FA) does not need to be reset with a portal password reset unless it’s been forgotten too.
