This article provides step-by-step instructions for resending telehealth links to clients from the Rula provider portal. This is particularly helpful for when clients notify you they have not received the link or cannot locate it.
This function resends the appointment reminder email that clients receive 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Emails are sent automatically and there is no lag time between the button being clicked and the email being sent.
Guided Steps
- Log into the Rula provider portal.
- From the Schedule tab, locate the appointment you want to resend the link for in your schedule.
- Click on the appointment to view the appointment details.
- At the bottom right corner of the appointment card there will be a link that says Resend.
- Click this link to resend the appointment reminder email to the client.
