This video provides guided steps for editing calendar blocks in the Rula provider portal.
Guided Steps
To edit a calendar block:
- Log into the Rula provider portal.
- Stay on the Schedule tab.
- Click the calendar block you wish to edit.
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the pop-up for more options.

Click Edit.
- Choose whether you would like to update the date, time, or both.
- If you want to change the cadence of the calendar block (e.g. weekly to biweekly) you'll have to delete it and create another.
- When you are satisfied with your selections, click the Save button.
- A message will appear confirming that your calendar block has been saved.
Note: If you are editing a series of calendar blocks, you must edit each individual block as this time. There is no option to edit the whole series of blocks. a Rula Support agent will have to assist you further to edit an entire series of blocks.
