Sharing links from the Rula provider portal
- Log into the Rula provider portal.
- Stay on the Schedule tab
- Click on the appointment for the client requesting a link
- Click Resend
A note on sharing links
The telehealth session link from the Rula provider portal is the same as the host link for the therapist. If you choose to share this link, the client will be able to bypass the waiting room and end the call for all participants. The link can only be accessed within 30 minutes of the appointment's start time.
If you or the client accesses this link too early, you'll see, This appointment hasn't started yet. You'll be able to join 30 min before start time on the screen.
If any participants try to access a telehealth session link after the meeting has ended, they'll see This appointment has ended on the screen.
