As of 3/15/24 Zoom has implemented a new "Lifecycle Policy." This policy states that all Zoom accounts must be updated to the minimum version by May 14, 2024, and then updated to minimum versions every quarter from then on (every 3 months).
Therapists might have received an email from Zoom letting them know of this updated policy. This is a Zoom policy and not a Rula policy.
Therapists will simply need to ensure that their Zoom accounts are updated to the minimum required version by the deadlines. Zoom has provided several resources for customers:
