Where do I log in?
After completing the initial registration, you can log in by accessing the Wingspan login link.
Do I include Rula for the business name?
No, please use your tax identification number (TIN) - which may be your social security number (SSN) or employer identification number (EIN). Register as a Business (with an EIN) or an Individual (with an SSN). Not sure which? Check out this Wingspan article.
How do I update my address?
- Log in to Wingspan
- Navigate to the Account Settings page
- Click the "personal information" tab from the menu
- Next to "Personal address", click Edit

- Log in to Wingspan
- Navigate to the Settings on the left-hand side. Select Payout and Payment Methods.
- Click Edit/add payout methods
Adding a new payout method
- Log in to Wingspan
- Navigate to the Settings on the left-hand side. Select Payout and Payment Methods.
- Click Add payout method
- A new pop-up menu will appear. Select if you want a Standard payout (free) or an Instant payout (deducts a fee from the payment). Read more about instant payouts here. Click Continue.
- Choose a payout method. Click Continue.
- Follow the prompts to enter your card or account details.
- Now, if you have multiple listed, you can choose a default payout method as well as add another if you like.
- Click Save changes.
