Where do I login?
After the initial registration, you can use the links below to log in:
- California providers use this Rula-Tipalti link to log in.
- Non-California providers use this MHSG-Tipalti link to log in.
Do I include Rula for the business name?
No, please use your tax identification number (TIN) - which may be your social security number (SSN) or employer identification number (EIN).
Do I check off individual/sole proprietor?
For “step 1” (address) below, you will select "Individual or Company" based on your tax filing.
For “step 3” (tax forms) match what was entered in “step 1” (address).
- You will use your own information based on your filings with the IRS.
- If you received an EIN letter from the IRS, it will also show you what you file as.
Note: this needs to be precise - even a "." or "," in the wrong place can prevent it from being validated.
