Client information change

Rula clients have access to their Rula patient portal where they can make changes to their personal information on file with us. Clients can update the following information in their Rula patient portal:

  • Address and phone number
  • Insurance information
  • Credit card information
  • View statements and receipts

Clients can access the Rula patient portal by following this link. They do not need to create a username or password to access the Rula patient portal.

Demographic information

If you have a client who needs to update their email address or any other demographic information please direct them to use the AI search bar in the Patient Help Center to get assistance. They can request a live Service Team member at any time.

You are not able to update this information on the patient's behalf.
