Viewing cancelled appointments in AdvancedMD

By default, canceled appointments are hidden from the timeline on the patient chart, however, you might need to view a canceled appointment to check and see if a note and charge slip were completed for a canceled appointment. This article will provide step-by-step guidance on how to view canceled appointments in AdvancedMD.

Guided steps

  1. Pull up a patient chart in the EHR
  2. Hover over the three dots in the top right corner of the timeline and click the filter icon Screenshot 2024-01-25 at 1.49.38 PM.png
  3. Under Include, Select "No Shows and Cancellations"
  4. Click Apply
  5. Canceled appointments will have a circle with a line through the middle as the icon.
