The Client Report

In addition to viewing the provider's view of measurement surveys, providers can now access a Client Report directly within the Rula provider portal. This view mirrors exactly what the patient sees in their own portal and was designed to make it easier for providers to review progress collaboratively with patients.

How to View:

  1. In the Rula provider portal Patient Chart, open the Notes and Documents section. Find your active session and click Complete Progress Note.
  2. Go to the Measures section of the progress note
  3. Select View Measures

  1. You will see a full measures report for your client appear on the right-hand side of your screen. At the top of this pop-up, click Client report to switch to the patient-facing progress view.

  1. Use the tabs for Anxiety and Depression to review the patient’s results across different measure types.

The Client Report tab appears alongside the Provider Report tab, allowing you to toggle seamlessly between clinical and patient perspectives during sessions.

Measurement-Informed Care and Documentation

MIC is also integrated into the clinical documentation for the initial assessment and progress notes. If the patient has completed the measurement surveys (e.g., GAD-7, PHQ-9, PROMIS depression parent proxy, QoL etc.) this will be integrated into the “Measures” section of the note.
