If you notice your Rula profile shows not accepting new clients, there are two common reasons:
- You do not have availability in your schedule to take on additional clients.
- To resolve: Add availability on the Schedule page in the provider portal to show more openings.
- You have met your desired maximum caseload.
- To update: Increase your desired caseload on the Practice page of the provider portal.
After updating availability or caseload limits in the portal, allow up to 30 minutes for changes to reflect on your client-facing profile.
If your profile still displays the “not accepting new clients” message after 30 minutes, please contact your Provider Success Associate for assistance in resolving this issue.
