If you are having difficulty accessing your Rula provider portal, please contact our Support team at support@rula.com. Rula support can reset your Rula provider portal account and your two-factor authentication to help you gain access to your portal account.
After contacting Rula support, you will need to provide the following to have your identity verified:
- Full name
- Email address
Once verified, Rula support will provide next steps for you to complete the account reset process. You'll then receive a new Welcome to Rula email to set up your account again.
