I can't find my secret key to reset my Rula provider portal account

If you do not have your secret key or are unable to reset your account using your secret key, Rula support can reset your Rula provider portal account once your identify has been verified.

After contacting Rula support, you will need to provide the following to have your identity verified:

  • A photo of you holding your driver's license/ID and your NPI
  • Join a Zoom call and show ID on camera and provide your NPI

Once verified, Rula support will provide next steps for you to complete the account reset process. You'll then receive a new Welcome to Rula email to set up your account again.
